Issue

Flash fails to install on a Windows system that is running Power On Software's On Guard, or other antivirus software.

Reason

On Guard, like many antivirus programs, prevents the Flash installer from writing to the system directory. The Flash installer requires access to this directory to complete installation.

Solution

Temporarily disable On Guard, and any other antivirus programs, before installing Flash.
